First 1000 Days Australia works to equip its partners with the skills and know-how to provide services and programs that align with our philosophy through training. Our First 1000 Days Australia Partners Program is a new offering for individuals, organisations, sponsors and regional alliances sites interested in accessing continued support for implementation initiatives in their region.

First 1000 Days Australia has moved from a site-specific training to an online course. Our online course is evaluated to ensure we provide our students and alumni with the information they need to do their best work with families during the early formation of their families.

Online Courses

This pre-recorded online course may be of interest to those working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, in health and early childhood services, community services and agencies, the not-for-profit and private sector, government and research institutions.

The course consists of five modules and a bonus Aspirations, Hopes and Ambitions (AHA) masterclass. Each module is detailed and has accompanying resources and worksheets, one day per module should be allocated. Our suggested time frame is 13 hours for the online course and an additional day for the bonus masterclass.
